History: Throughout out history, Monarchs have offered awards to their membership and community as a way to thank those involved in their court. Usually, awards are announced at the coronation ball, but awards have been offered a most any time during a reign
Goals:To outline the annual awards and the criteria for selecting recipients.
Scope: This document shall cover all issues related to the selection of selection of recipients for the annual ICMLE awards.
Responsibility: The Protocol Minister or the current Monarch(s) of the Society are responsible to administrate the procedures within.

Presidents Award

Criteria: An individual or group recognized for their ongoing exceptional contributions to fostering positive growth within ICMLE and the 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Through their generosity of spirit, dedication of time, and sharing of talents, they help illuminate and enrich numerous impactful charitable and community initiatives.

Citizen of the Year

Criteria: A citizen of the Realm, whether within or outside of the Society, who best exemplifies the values and principles of the 2SLGBTQ+ community as a whole, and who has demonstrated meaningful support in advancing the vision and objectives of the reigning Monarch(s) during their term.

Court Member of the Year

Criteria: A Court Member who has demonstrated outstanding dedication and made exemplary contributions to the reign and to the broader mission and activities of ICMLE.

Volunteer of the Year

Criteria: A Court Member who has freely and voluntarily offered their time and service—without compensation or obligation, including those in elected roles—in support of the Monarch(s) and the Society, demonstrating a spirit of selflessness and dedication.
